You were freely living life and then something happened. Now, you aren’t excited about life. You go through the motions when you force yourself to hang out with friends. You want to laugh and have fun again but you aren’t sure how or where to start. You’re tired of being and tired.

We will provide a safe environment for you to assess the circumstances of your life.
In Individual Counseling, we will explore the events of your life and consider the impact they have on you and those in your life. We will review coping skills to reduce unwanted symptoms and strategies to navigate daily life. We will use tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Art Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy. In therapy, we will work together to set short-term and long-term goals to move in your desired direction.
